Power Generation New Steps CIC is a social enterprise to support young people aged 16-24 years from a wide range of ethnic backgrounds.
We are in research of young creative talents in the category of dance, music and fashion. Our aim is to make those young talent a bright star.

A B O U T U S
We set up Power Generation New Steps C.I.C. as a social enterprise to support young people aged 16-24 years from a wide range of ethnic backgrounds and walks of life to be more independent, self-confident, inspired, peaceful, happy and aware of other cultures.
Through a programme of professionally led workshops we will enable local young people to learn the skills they need to work in the creative arts e.g. communication skills, performance skills and self-esteem. As well as creating music and dance that will inspire their communities they will also gain experience of event management, marketing and back stage support.
We will celebrate our achievements through a performance at the Rose Theatre with professional musicians and following this success will jointly plan further creative projects such as film making and fashion projects.
