SUPERNOVA is an event to expose young talent and bring different cultures into one stage. This stage will give oppurtunity to the young talent to work with Power Generation New Steps in their future projects.
In order to create Supernova, a show to bring different cultures fusing into one stage admired by different ethnic of audiences, Power Generation New Steps CIC formed a team with different skill set. The team members of this show:
Vinusan R Suthakaran
Manager
Vinusan has been working with Power Generation New Steps CIC since it’s been founded, responsible for the management of the company. He has been given the responsibility of being in charge media marketing department of the company. Which he takes great pride in as he believes in the company cause providing something back to the young generation a opportunity which he himself never had. Currently finishing is A-Level, Vinusan is multilingual knowing French, Tamil and English fluently. Throughout his childhoodhe has built upon this early interest of helping out other people, knowing the potential of other people is one of his positive point.
Jenusan Jeyaseelan

Jenusan has been working since October 2013. He is a speaker and a coach who is influenced by great speakers out there such as Anthony Robbins. He is full of self-help and he is so focused on helping young people realise that they are capable and have the potential to achieve their wildest dreams. Full of energy and passion, he is driven by his sheer motivation to let young people realise that 'life is what you make of it', 'not from decisions of your past or circumstances'. He strives forward by 2 question by Anthony Robbins which he is deeply influenced by 'why do people do what they do?' & 'what makes people tick?' He can see the visions of Power Generation New Steps CIC and is determined to make that happen.
